Requirements

License: FNP/APRN in Colorado

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

Active NPI and DEA license in Colorado

Provide comprehensive primary patient care across the lifespan including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment planning

Manage both acute and chronic conditions using evidence based and Integrative approaches

Interpret advanced lab, testing, and diagnostics

Perform in office procedures and the therapeutics (training available depending on experience)

Collaborate with medical team to develop innovative treatment strategies

Contribute to practice growth, systems, development, and clinical excellence
