The Types of Roles Available Across the Health System:
Operating Room Nurse
Preoperative Care: Prepare patients for surgery, including assessments, education, and emotional support.
Intraoperative Care: Assist during surgery by managing instruments, maintaining sterility, and monitoring patient vitals.
Postoperative Care: Oversee patients’ recovery and ensure proper care instructions are followed.
Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure seamless procedures.
Advanced Nurse Educators OR Educational Nurse Specialist
Develop and implement training programs to ensure nursing excellence.
Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practices.
Nursing Supervisors - Ambulatory Care Clinics & Hospital In-Patient opportunities
Lead and support nursing teams across various units.
Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive patient-centered care.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.
Nurse Opportunities (Various Units & All Shifts)
Provide exceptional care in specialties such as:
- Long-Term Care Facility: RN MDS Manager

- Medical-Surgical: Supporting patients with Acute diverse medical conditions.

CRNA
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures.
Manage pain relief strategies, including epidurals and nerve blocks.
Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure recovery is on track.
Educate patients about anesthesia procedures and post-care instructions.
