We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Oro Valley, AZ.  Our practice is established and renowned in preventative and concierge medicine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family practice, with functional medicine experience being a plus. Requirements

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adults of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on preventive care and lifestyle interventions
• Manage acute and chronic wounds
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR)
