For over 110 years, Albertina Kerr has provided services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and other social barriers to lead self-determined lives and reach their full potential.

Our jobs provide diverse opportunities to serve in a variety of settings across Oregon: Group homes and community inclusion day programs for adults or children with developmental disabilities, residential settings for children facing mental illness crisis, community-based and outpatient mental health programs for youths and families, administrative offices and more.
We serve over 60% of the youth in IDD group homes in Oregon.
We operate the only stand-alone subacute children's crisis psychiatric facility in Oregon.
We provide leadership in statewide policy discussions related to disability and mental health care.
