Kelli Christina is honored for professional longevity, with more than 16 years in the medical recruiting field, and more than 25 years in management. As the CEO and director of recruiting of her own company, KD-Staffing, she displays prowess in recruiting and placing talented Directors, Managers, PA’s, NP’s and nurses in progressive programs that offer quality of life schedules, minimal call schedules and solid compensation packages. Ms. Christina originally worked in a field that required structured and adept management skills, which she transferred to the medical staffing and recruiting field.

Company History

Ms. Christina received a bachelor’s degree in business, with a focus in hotel and restaurant management from the University of North Texas in 1993. She had worked in the restaurant industry since she was 16, and at 19 was promoted to her first managerial position. Her natural managerial abilities combined with her education and resulted in a natural progression of work opportunities throughout the next decade of her life. At 30 years old, she opted for a career shift to use her management skills in a different industry. Since then, she has owned, operated and built her own staffing company to be one of the leading recruiters in the nation.

Plano, TX, November 30, 2015, Kelli Christina has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in recruiting in the health care field.

Backed by a career that includes 15 years in specialized medical recruiting and 10 years in business management, Ms. Christina succeeds at the helm of KD Staffing, a recruiting firm developed by health care professionals for health care professionals. “Recruiting is an art,” she says, noting that finding the right job opportunities for the right person is essential in today’s market. She has progressed through numerous managerial and leadership roles since the start of her tenure and she continues to develop her skills through her affiliation with the Texas Sales and Recruiter Associations. Looking ahead, Ms. Christina plans to continue offering her expertise as a recruiting professional in the medical field.
